I've been taking these nopal capsules for several days, and they've helped my digestion a lot. I've also noticed less anxiety about snacking between meals. They're easy to take, and I like that they're natural. Highly recommended!

I received the product well packed and timely. The pills are easy to swallow, I haven’t detected an aftertaste or any side effects. I am happy with the purchase. I will submit a follow up report once I see results, I estimate in four weeks I will start seeing results.

I'm not really a supplements person but I decided to try this one. I haven't taken it long enough to get a feeling if it's helping my overall health, but after just one pill, I definitely felt fuller the entire day. I didn't have the usual hunger between meals, so that's a benefit right off the bat. I'm unclear about how the dosage is. Other info from this vendor says the dosage is 1000mg per day. My bottle says 1500mg per day. That would be three pills a day, but it doesn't say it you're supposed to take then morning, noon and night, or all three at once. I took three pills the first day and spread them out morning, noon and night, but I felt like that was way too much because it left me feeling overly full. The next day I took one pill and still felt full all day, so that's what I'm going to stick with for now. As far as taking the pills, they're easy to swallow even though they're a largish size pill. I definitely get a greenish taste that lasts for 30-60 minutes. It's not unpleasant but it's there. If I'm only taking one pill a day, the value is excellent. If I took three pills a day, I'd think they were on the high side. The quality appears to be good and it's too soon for me to know if I am getting any other health benefits other than not being hungry all day.

So far so good. I’m not having the intense sugar cravings at night and am sleeping better. I’ve only been taking a little over a week… but as stated before.. so far so good..
