It is broken. It is damaged when I received it. I want replacement or refund. The order delivery was delayed and it took 20 days to reach the product and that too damaged. I am so sad.

Awesome! This Sweese Teapot is the best teapot that I had and used in 20 years! Excellent quality! I'm writing this review after a few months of using. It's exactly what I wanted. Looks beautiful - the same as on picture, very durable. Very easy to use. Not spilling. Lid fits in, never fell of. It's heavy, so make sure to hold it with both hands 😊 Highly recommend!

My wife and I use china teacups and each get about three cups from a full pot, which is just right for us. Under the lid, there is a stainless steel basket with extremely fine holes that fits perfectly with the lid on, and the lid only fits snugly if you leave the basket in the teapot. This isn't a problem if you dump the tea out of the basked after it steeps – it's simple to dump and rinse. If you are a tea drinker who steeps the tea multiple times, you'll likely be leaving the basket out, so hold onto the lid as you pour. Also, if the pot is very full, pour slowly. The tea can rise over the inside lip and spill down the front if you pour too fast and the level of water is right at the lip.Otherwise, it's beautiful, and it makes a great pot of tea. I've used it with finely-granulated tea, like Irish Breakfast, as well as full-leaf teas and it steeps beautifully without leaving tea at the bottom of the pot or in your cup.

The item is visually pleasing and the size is perfect for me. The diffuser is the perfect size, but it is a tad difficult to clean properly without giving it a thorough scrub.The one major issue I have with it is that it doesn't keep the tea warm for nearly as long as I would have liked. A minor issue is that the tea sometimes doesn't flow out of the nozzle perfectly and causes water to dribble down the side onto the table.

Kind of wish I'd gotten the larger size because I was replacing a large teapot I had been using. This one just holds the minimum amount of water the electric kettle will boil and not much more. That being said, it works as a vessel to hold boiling water and let it steep. (Haven't tried the strainer yet but I've been meaning to try out looseleaf teas and it should be convenient for those.) Have to lay a napkin next to my teacup because this pot absolutely drips while pouring, especially when it's nearly full.
