I've bought these honeys many times and they are ASTOUNDINGLY similar to real honey, as in it would fool me and probably most people. I'm the only diabetic in my family, but I still put this on my kids' peanut butter sandwiches and oatmeal and yogurt and they love London Fogs made with it. They also love milk warmed slowly with a cinnamon stick and this honey. For myself, I like to drizzle it on low carb biscuits and cornbread with butter, low carb ice cream, or on low carb yogurt with a sprinkle of Nutrail granola. This does still have some carbs so if I just want honey flavor (like with baked goods or London Fogs for myself), I use LorAnn honey flavoring plus whatever no carb sweetener, but if I need the texture of honey as well, then I use this absolute gem of a product!

This is the best sugar free honey I’ve tried. Of course it does not taste perfectly like honey but it’s the closest I’ve come to tasting like the real thing. I am keto so this has worked very well as a substitute for the real thing

It’s not honey, but it tastes pretty close to it. It has less carbs than honey and did not spike my blood sugar. I get to enjoy a nice cup of tea again. I definitely will reorder this so I can keep it on hand.

I think it fits my keto requirements, and it is a sweetener that tastes good, does not quite taste like honey, however it is acceptable substitute.

Great taste and doesn’t have you gain weight. Alluose in this also boosts body’s natural GLP-1 process. So very healthy and fabulous. You can also make sauces with this. I love it in tea. It’s not too thick and not too thin. You can squeeze the honey out easily. Totally recommend.

I've been on keto for several months now. It has been the only thing that works for me to feel good and keep weight off. That being said I do miss some things, a lot. Honey is one of them. I used to just sit and watch my husband eat his honey on buttered toast with such envy, trying to remember how gooey and sweet it is. This keto honey stuff is amazing. Its sweet, gooey, and sticky just like honey. As soon as I opened the package I made buttered toast. It is delicious!! Next on the list...hot keto biscuits with good butter and keto "honey"!! Can't wait to try the cinnamon version!

I have bought this a few times and will continue to purchase. It is surprisingly close to real honey in taste. I’ve used it in tea and on toast. Use it on plain yogurt a lot. I love honey, but need to be careful with spiking blood sugar.

The consistency is perfect. I can't quite decide whether it tastes exactly like honey, but it's certainly close, and delicious. My only issue is one that is partly on me. I didn't realize before ordering just how small the bottle is, especially given the price. I can absolutely understand the other comments now that complain about value for money. However, for me, the honey taste with hardly any calories is worth the price. I'll just have to order more more often than I expected.
