Great lip liner. The shade “perfect brown” is a great neutral for fair skin. On medium skin tones it would be a nude or possibly not show up. On darker skin tones it definitely would not show up. The formula is matte but very comfortable. Great value for the price. It is long lasting

Extremely HARD, DRY & ROUGH for the Lips
Be very careful!! It snags, pulls, drags and tugs on lips due to its extreme dry, very rough, hard texture. Not good for ones delicate lips. I DO NOT recommend.

Low Quality
I was disappointed with this L.A. COLORS lipliner in Perfect Brown. The texture is too hard and dry, which makes it difficult to apply smoothly. It drags on the lips instead of gliding on.The color also looks much lighter and less pigmented than it appeared in the photos, so it doesn’t show up well even after several swipes. It faded quickly and needed constant re-application. Overall, the performance and quality were below my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this lipliner or purchase it again.
