A bit loud, but performant
These fans are a bit louder than I would have hoped for, but they're still quieter than what they replaced. I did some math before buying and determined that the 6K variant would not be enough for my use case on a Tesla P40. That was correct, as these fans have to be at 11-12K RPM to keep temperatures under control. Under a more moderate load, they can run at 9K or less to keep it cool. Overall, if you're trying to cool a 250W TDP or so GPU like a Tesla P40, these work fairly well for the price.

Wow
These fans sucks so much, it could suck a golf ball through a garden hose! In all seriousness, it is loud on full speed but it moves more air than any off brand fan I've purchased. It is quiet on the low settings.

Fantastic replacement for 3-pin Fan
Originally was using another pair of 40x40x28mm fan that came with my In-Win 1U case. Was running at max speed since it was 3 pin. Bought a couple of these Arctic fans since they were 4 pin and have been working out great. Have them running at approximately 6-7,000 RPM and they are decently quiet for behind a closed door. It’s nice to have the ability to go back up to 15,000 RPM if necessary but I think the temps will be fine running at ~60% speed. Screws fit fine with the pre-existing screws from my old fans, but be careful screwing everything back on. I accidentally cracked a corner of one of these Arctic screws but obviously it’s still fine.

tiny fan hella air flow
its a bit loud, whines.. but good air flow for tiny fan, use it on my bit-axe solo-miner...had to manually adjust speed very low keeps it 44C with 52pi heatsink and a noctua fan on the other side.

Fan Connector Pinout NOT "As Shown"
Hooked from a 12V 1A power supply w/ barrel connector to terminal connector to the fan, following the diagram shown in the picture. The diagram is backwards. Reversed to other side of pins, ground on outside, positive on inside, and it worked. Ran through a PWM controller then to fan connector, and spins right up. It'll move quite a bit of air for it's tiny little size. Put this on top of a SBC in an aluminum case, on slowest the PWM controller will let it, and it's *fairly* quiet. Turn this little thing to max, and it gets fairly loud. Moves quite a bit more air than a 120mm high flow case fan. -1 star for the incorrect pinout, picture is accurate. No mounting hardware, will have to purchase/reuse depending on application. Unsure quality, that'll be a longevity thing. As far as value - I bought it because it was cheap, I knew it didn't have hardware, but for my application, needed some modifications anyway, so no big deal for me, YMMV.

Great for GPU cooling with a shroud.
Perfect for GPU cooling mods on datacenter cards such as the P100 and similar. 3D print a shroud and attach. Under load during AI inference my cards hardly raise temps at all!

Waist fan replacement
Ordered this to replace a bad waist fan motor dunno if the pwm stuff works but the fan moves just as much air as the one it replaced so im happy

High pressure fan.
Very high speed fan. Great static pressure for it's size.

Super refroidissement!
Parfait! Mes tesla t4 restent sous la barre des 55 degrés en étant chargées à 100% d'utilisation.

Great fan
I bought 2 of these fans to use in my remote control vehicles. I had to convert it to a 3 wire plug, (YouTube has a video using these fans) but they really pump the air and keeps my motors a lot cooler when bashing on my trucks.
