Compression Packing Cubes for Travel - Luggage Suitcase Organizer

These packing cubes have made my travels so much easier. They help keep all my clothes neatly organized in my suitcase, and I was able to pack a ton without things shifting around. Once zipped up, everything stays secure and in place—perfect for both short trips and longer vacations. While the zippers can sometimes catch if the fabric gets in the way, holding the bottom of the cube while zipping helps prevent this. They’re not as compressive as high-end brands, but for the price, they save a lot of space and get the job done well. They’ve held up nicely over multiple uses—no tears or broken parts so far. Plus, they fit well in my luggage and even leave room for souvenirs. For an affordable and functional packing solution, these are a great find!

This isn’t my first time using packing cubes however, compression packing cubes, are a game changer! My old packing cubes only truly helped with organizing my clothes. The compression on these help tremendously in cutting down bulk. The zipper can be annoying because the wind breaker like material easily gets caught in the zipper but it absolutely still worth it because it gets rid of the air pockets. I purchased the 4 pack purple colored ones: 1 large, 2 meds, & 1 mini bag. In the medium bag, I packed one wide legged jeans, 2 T shirts, long sweat pants, shorts, & a thin zipper jacket. As you can see in my vid although the zipper got caught, it still took some inches off the packing. To avoid the zipper snagging, I’d say place your middle finger underneath the zipper to guide it & redirect the material from getting close to zipper track. Highly recommend.

I already owned a set of packing cubes I was very happy with when I heard about compression cubes. Well, these have elevated travel packing to a whole new level. It is astonishing the amount of clothing you can pack into these cubes and, when compressed, the tiny amount of space they take up. I love the handles on them. The quality of the material and the sturdiness of them. I like to travel very light and these compression cubes have taken that concept to its absolute limit. LOVE these. Zipper quality is good. Make sure you slip a finger under the zipper as you are compressing. It makes things so much easier and more effective. Be smart, don’t overpack the cube and expect a miracle. Because all of my clothes are lightweight and roll up, I am able to fit more than recommended amount without disfiguring the cube dimensions but if you are packing jeans and heavier weight clothes, follow the guidelines that come with the cubes.

I'm a pretty efficient packer, so I never saw the need for cubes before. But decided to get these after a friend raved about how much she loved them. I used them for a five day trip last month and I can't really say they saved a ton of space, but the compression did make some difference. I was able to fit the large, medium, and two small cubes into a carry on suitcase, with room for my tablet, toiletry bag, and an extra pair of shoes. But the convenience was far more impressive than the compression.. For the first night in a hotel on the road, I packed just what I needed for that night and the next day in one small cube. It was so easy just to pull that one cube with everything I needed out if the suitcase, then put the dirties back in that cube to keep them separate. When we got to our destination, since I had put all of my PJs, socks, and underwear in a small cube, I just unzipped it and sat it in a drawer, no unpacking needed. The rest of my clothes, including a cartagan sweater, fit in the large and medium cubes. And it was very nice having the cubes to separate the clothes I'd worn from the clean ones in my suitcase for the trip home. Like other reviewers said, the compression zipper will get stuck in the fabric if you aren't careful, but I found that holding my finger under the zipper to push down the loose fabric while closing it prevented that. As for durability, I packed them full but didn't overstuff them, so I can't speak to how well the seams would hold up to that. But they seem to be pretty well made. Over all, I'm happy with them, and wish I'd gotten some sooner because they do save a little space and make packing easier and more organized.

This set is replacing a previous set from another brand. As soon as I unzipped these cubes I knew these were a massive improvement. The seams are properly bound to prevent fraying, the zippers open & close smoothly, and the hold a LOT. My 6'5" tall husband fit a weeks worth of clothes into these using the large, medium and small. The 2nd medium size bag didn't even get unzipped. I would definitely recommend getting a set.

They really hold alot and compress well.

I traveled with these one time so far. They are great to organize socks, bras, underwear, pants, shirts, etc. I had a nicely organized suitcase. At every stop my friend opened her suitcase and clothes went everywhere and then she had to dig through the mess and stuff stuff stuff to pack back up for the next leg of the trip. Plus I could pack all the dirty clothes into the empty ones as I consolidated the categories as they reduced in quantity over time. And when I got home I threw them into the wash and hung to dry. I would recommend NOT putting them in the dryer. They began to fray at the inside of seams and zipper areas a little bit. I suppose they compressed a little bit, but mostly they corralled the disaster of an almost two week amount of clothes. They are not like the “space saver” plastic bags. Will I use them again? Yes, but only because I already own them. I would search for something that compacts more next time I have to pack a lot in a certain size suitcase.
