I've had a pair of these,"Audien Hearing aids" Atom pro" my son bought me, directly from Audien. I wish he would've bought from here. At the end of Sept one side of the Audien Hearing aid went out and my son had purchased THE INSURANCE for me (on the Audien website) IT TOOK THEM ALMOST A MONTH TO FINALLY SEND OUT A REPLACEMENT PAIR & HE HAD TO SEND $$ FOR SHIPPING A NEW PAIR... THEN THE NEW PAIR CAME AND IN ONE WEEK THE NEW PAIR, L SIDE WENT OUT (LIKE THE LAST PAIR) SO i'M WEARING ONE OF THE OLD ONES THAT STILL SORT OF WORKS & SO NOW THAT ONE, OF THOSE WENT OUT! THREE DEAD ONES & SO I HAVE ONE” functioning" HEARING AID. B/C IT TOOK A MONTH FOR THEM TO SEND A REPLACEMENT Pair OUT THE INS RUNS OUT AT THE END OF THE YEAR, AND WHO KNOWS WHEN the ONE left, will die? I'VE INSPECTED ALL OF THEM FOR WAX, CHANGED THE WAX GUARDS ETC. STILL DEAD. Note: if the Hearing aid "squeaks" its working and I think that's what happened to the new one on L side, b/c my ear are small & that side, before it went out was squeaking hellishly! I think it wore out the battery & they either aren't charging enough or "overcharging" if that's possible!? I love them! I can't hear without them!! It's terrible when they go out. I can't hear!! My son told me to call them. I don't like talking on the phone now, b/c of my hearing issue! Whatever, don't contact them via email b/c that's how they stalled & stalled. It's a vicious circle. You don't want to phone b/c hearing issues, that's why you are getting them for that problem! Oh, and their people are on the worst cell phones, can hardly hear them, you'de think a place selling "hearing aids" would at least have decent cell phones but they are crappy & I'm dreading phone them on Monday.

These are wonderful and inexpensive compared to other hearing aids. My mother really likes them.

Good replacement ends for Audien hesring aids

I bought the Atom Pro 2 ITC type as a backup to my very expensive hearing aids. The Atom Pro 2 was rated #2 compared to the OTC expensive $1500.00. The fit was great and charging it was very easy. The only thing that Audien needs to do improve in their Atom Pro 2 design is reduce the lowest volume setting (it's much to loud at the lowest volume setting). Even with this flaw I gave it a 5 star rating since the Audien Specialist I worked with was very professional, knowledgable and a pleaure to work with. I'm looking in working with Audien in the future to have them redeisgn the Atom Pro 2 circuitry to address the sound problem.

I purchased a set of Audien Atom Pro2 hearing aids after seeing some good reports online. I was disappointed to find out that it was difficult to adjust them to eliminate any feedback or squealing. The earbuds that were furnished did not work. I finally found earbuds that would work but were too large to fit into the charger, resulting in taking them off every night. When working, they do a good job and are easy to adjust the sound level. After a few months, one aid failed completely. I contacted Audien and they promptly send me another set. So, this review is submitted with a mixed experience, some good, some bad.
