Did not see the instructions for the cleanse inside the phosfoods box.. anyone know them?

Im taking this 3 drops in an ounce of water after dinner every other day (to replenish acid in my stomach that my proton pump inhibiter (Zegerid Powder) takes away. Hope this helps. This is strong stuff so thats my instructions.

What kind of phosphorus is this?

The label on the bottle doesn't say what type of phosphorus it is. It just says phosphorus. Phosfood Liquid encourages a healthy blood calcium-phosporus ratio and supports bone health. Also, Phosfood Liquid is used for help with kidney stones, gout, gallbladder stones, cataracts and calcification in any parts of the body. Calcium and phosphorus must be in a certain balance in the body. They are opposites. If there is not enough phosphorus to hold the calcium in solution it forms kidney stones. Phosfood Liquid delivers 35 mg of phosphorus in each 10-drop dose.
