Q: Will it work on titanium ?

Blue-Job works on titanium as well as on other metals. A light paste works on easy jobs, a thicker paste on tougher ones. The polish is a concentrate, no additives. Mix what you need with a little water. Save the rest of the powder for future jobs. Thanks for your question!

Q: Will this remove burnt oil?

For tough stains and discoloration caused by burnt oil, make a thick paste of the polish and use with the applicator. Rub the surface in a back-and-forth motion, as hard as needed to remove discoloration (oxidation). Do a small area at a time. Blue-Job® will not scratch!
