This has great bite and cuts quick. Do not for a second think you will be able to use a hand drill. If you do not use a drill press you will snap the guide bit within seconds.

Good Product. I would give 5 stars but I had one issue that reduced the rating. The pilot bit hole was not drilled deep enough, so one of the pilot bits would not seat enough to allow the allen set screw to engage. Aside from this issue, hole saw is REALLY good!! It ate through my stainless steel sink deck super fast. Would buy again.

Used on steel tank with a chuck drill as I normally would, however both of the pilot bits sheared off almost immediately after the pilot hole was made. This also caused the teeth of the hole saw section or break teeth off. It used it for less than 20 seconds and it was destroyed.

Cut like going through butter.

Upon inspection of the hole saw after arrival, I see that one of the carbide bits is not in it's grove like the rest and it's angled improperly. Also, it's a bit shorter at .141" vs .230" for the others. I do not know if this will effect it, but I will conduct a test today with it. If it fails I will edit this post.
