Nice cue tips give improved control over originals
These are the first replacement pool cue tips I’ve tried. I like the improved feel and spin control over my original cue tips. I’m an experienced, occasional player. I recommend these tips and think they are a good value.

Good soft tips.
No adhesive on tips so don't ask about it. Otherwise they are good tips. Soft tiofor a lot of control. Will know more as time goes on.

Tip review
Installation myself was easy. Product seems well made. You Can get a lot of English out of the soft tip. Great performance. The size is very accurate and only did very minimal trimming.

elkmaster tips are at super soft which most pros play with in the first ...
I have been involved in Ballard halls since childhood even playing as a UPA touring pro, I lathe my own cues and do all my own work and have ran pro shops before.. I recently had all my sponsored equipment stolen which was thousands so I needed a decently balanced cue properly weighted and a decent tip just so I can get some table time in to keep up my skills to some extent and I made some calls and found which cheap cue was balanced the same as my sponsored cues and bought one.. it had some crazy hard rock lepro tip on it that I have no idea why they would is on an 18oz cue in the first place so I went to my old cheap backups from when I was just learning how to run a cue shop .. elkmaster tips are at super soft which most pros play with in the first place for the cue ball control and better position control.. normally you'd use the K brand super soft or soft tip layered, but on a budget from my vast experience from working with layered to molded to even phenolic resin Elkmaster you get 5 super soft for one great price.. they work great for even achight level player in a pinch or on a practice model ... I give these tips an A+ for price and function..

Exactly as Specified Soft Tips
I purchased the 13mm for my sticks. Some say these are medium tips. Others say they are soft tips. They are made by the same company that makes Master chalk. The site itself states they are soft tips, so I believe them. Right out of the bag though, they will feel like medium tips until you start banging balls around the table. They are completely saturated with blue chalk as specified. I specifically wanted softer tips to practice English and back-spin (draw), which is more effective with a softer tip. If it requires me to reshape them more often, I don't really care. That takes about 5 minutes with the right tools.
