one of the string was cut
one of the string was broken. not sure if that single string can be replaced. Dont have the option to change color of light and increase the brightness

Good product and easy to install with low lighting
Prodt is good and it is easy to install. But the lighting is low. Many crystals are not shining (out side line) as the light is not falling on all the crystals. The model received also little different from the image.

Good may be but not as claimed
As yesterday itself my technician came and fixed it , one light fused !!!!!! Rest all are working normal . If manufacturers added more 1w light then it was worth. However it looks nice but not as claimed in images .
