Our deck is about 70’ in length, so we have 4 of these owls. They have cut down on the bird dropping by at least 95%. In fact, the only droppings we still get have to be from birds flying, cause we have seen one bird land anywhere near these sentries.

They are nice looking, however they Didn't keep the birds away.

We bought these because we have pigons and other birds that sit on our spa and poop and leave the dropping on the tiles around the spa. We have put these on the on either side of the spa. Almost no droppings. We are very satified. They were smaller than we expected, but they work great!

I really like this scarecrow owl overall. It’s sturdy, well-made, and the size and appearance are spot on—it actually looks convincing from a distance. It adds a nice touch to the yard and feels like it will hold up over time. That said, I was a bit disappointed that the head doesn’t move much. I expected more motion to help scare birds away, and that part falls a little short. I considered returning it because of that, but honestly, I like the look and build quality enough to keep it.
