## Questions & Answers

**Q: How long is the connection cable to the mains?**
A: The main cable to the left speaker is 1.5m. The charging cable to the right, battery powered speaker is 1.2m long. There is no cable between the left and right speakers as they are true wireless and can be up to 10m apart.

**Q: I am paired, but music is only coming out of one speaker, not both. How do I fix this?**
A: Turn the speaker that is not playing off and on again. Wait 10 seconds, and it should say “paired” and highlight it is connected. If this doesn’t work, hold the Bluetooth button until it beeps – this will force them to find each other to re-pair.

**Q: My speaker prompts are in the wrong language, how do I change this?**
A: Turn the speaker on and press the Bluetooth and + buttons at the same time to cycle through the languages. You can cycle from English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
