For a "universal" Holder it was not bad. My wife had originally thought that the DVD payers we bought the kids for Christmas came with car mounts. Our one grand daughter loved her DVD player so much she carries it everywhere watching Mauna (sp?) and Frozen. So we could not take it away from her and return it for a car mount one. The DVD player fits tightly when folded back 360 degrees. This means you must load the DVD and start it before heading out. We tried using it with the base hanging down, out of the case so the controls could be accessed but it did not hold the player securely that way

Ordered this for my daughter for our road trip to Disneyland tomorrow. I was extremely disappointed to open it and find some sort of white, sticky glue all on the left front side, as shown in the photos. It had to have been packaged as is because there is nothing sticky that came with it or anything else stuck onto it. I tried to let it go and just attempt to remove this white glue myself, since we're leaving for the trip in the morning tomorrow. I had to use the blade from a pair of scissors and wet cloth to try and scrape it off. This visually removed the white color but still left bits of the glue residue, not to mention now there's snags on the case. I wish I could get a replacement or refund. Disappointing.

The ideal thing we were looking for with our DVD player to use in my wife's car. The only issue we have is that she has a bit of a thick headrest and the velcro bands barely overlap enough to work. It works, but it took a lot of trial and effort to figure out the best way to compensate for the straps not overlapping perfectly. Overall though, we're happy and it does what's intended to do.

This unit shifted and twisted out of position on my son’s Honda CRV. I ended up ordering another model from Amazon which fits perfect. The TFY Mount-7 costs more but it fits better, doesn’t shift or twist like this unit does.This unit may fit properly on some vehicles but in my opinion, it’s a poor design. It’s easy to install, but kept slipping and twisting so you couldn’t see the dvd screen.

easy to install...our player fits great in it....just wish we can get to the buttons of the player without having to take out the player from the case.

This is just what I needed this summer to put our portable DVD player in for my little ones. Worked great. The only issue I had was that the top elastic strap that is on the side intervenes with the cord plugins, but no biggie I just cut that baby off. Still holds the DVD player perfectly.

This was a life saver for us after I broke the strap that came with our DVD player trying to strap it to the head rest tightly!! It’s easy to get the tv in and out to change the movie and was easy to tighten on the seat! Also, it was a good price!

This is ok. It fit our dvd player but it doesn't make sense for a flip open player as you have to keep taking it out to change dvds. This means you have to Hope rhe kid in the backseat can do this without unplugging all the cords. Materials are ok and product arrived quickly. We ended up not using these, wish I could return them, but they are ok in a pinch.
