Missing parts
The awning is awesome, and as advertised. Trends auto as drop shipper is terrible. No call back, does not state that mounts, straps, bolts, stakes are not included. That is why the awning is cheaper than other shippers. OVS made it right and shipped my parts to Moab for my trip. Also the parts cost $100. And ship in a different box.

Missing straps
Received the awning, which is great, but it DOES NOT come with retention straps or tie downs/stakes. I contacted both the seller and OVS, and this is still unresolved.
