This is clearly a notebook made for fountain pen users. Those who are into FP, would obviously have heard about this brand and the hype surrounding it. The brand and hype is not wrong. The pages are super smooth, coated with light glossy material which makes it very less absorbent and hence it helps in showing of the beauty of the ink colour on it. This less absorbency can lead to a lot of smudges if you flip the pages fast enough, care has to be taken when turning pages so as to not spoil it. The page being stark white, also helps in bringing out the colours and effects of the page. Because of the coating and less absorbency, there is no bleed through or ghosting.Absolute must buy even for Roller Balls users. The page offers amazing writing experience with different types of nib sizes and inks.

This is a pleasure to write on.Pros:- Brings out the best of every ink and every fountain pen.- The wirebound spiral diameter is optimum for quick and easy switching pages- Paper is 80gsm high grade vellum paper, the very best in the world.- A5 is most suitable for both portability and enough size.- dot grid is 5mm x 5mm, not too big or small- dot grid is subtle enough not to get in the way during writing, while acting as guide when neededCons:- the paper starts to tear away a bit sometime, if I stay on the same page for too long. Every page has a perforated crease at the top to make it easy to tear away. I don't like tearing away pages, so useless for me.

Go for it if you use fountain pen because nothing can be better than this at this price.

Paper quality is okay, as expected, but the punch holes are so big that pages keep moving. I was not at all expecting that.

Wonderful paper. If you're looking for something to use with your fountain pens that won't bleed, feather, or ghost -- and you don't want to pay the $$ for Tomoe River -- this might be your best bet. Sheens great, is very smooth, and is nice and bright.

I bought this pad to practice calligraphy for a course I am enrolled in. Tombow pens move smoothly. There is no bleeding through to the other side so, YAY, can use both sides. 2nd picture shows some shadows from 2 other sides underneath, but it's not enough to bother me (inserting a black paper between reduces the shadows. I can get 5 rows for practice on this size of pad (using 9 squares each).Like I said, "loving this paper"!

Prix correct certains peuvent être moins cher mais de qualité de papier moindre. Bon ressenti avec des stylo à bille. Correspond à la description.
