THIS! I have tennis elbow and my Orthopedic surgeon recommended this to me. If you have tennis elbow I would highly recommend getting this.

I have to admit, I was skeptical about this product, but I'll be darned - it really works. My pain has disappeared. An improvement was noticeable immediately and then after only 2 days my pain was completely gone. I wear it all day. I take it off when I sleep. Very comfortable. Hardly notice it. Sturdy and well made. I'm convinced - it really works!

Its easy to slip on w adjustable velcro for my small forearm. I have tendonitis elbow I use it for gym work out to vacuming or any strain on my elbow.

I have been having issues with elbow pain and bruising (from my position at my keyboard) and I wasn't sure if this would work, but OH BOY, has it made an immediate difference!I will be getting one for my left elbow as well.The strap is very well made, easy to adjust, and feels soft and breathable on my skin.I am VERY happy!

These do the job for the most part. I saw some other reviews critical of the build quality, but the pair I received were well made. The stiching is clean and sufficient to withstand stress, and it's an overall nice looking item with no defects.It's one size fits all which seems sufficient to fit most forearm sizes.I knock it down a few stars for their rigidity. Previous braces I've had were made partially of neoprene, which kept their tightness and grip, with just enough elasticity to allow for flexing and bending. These are rigid nylon which have to be perfectly secured - too loose and they slip; too tight and they constrict blood flow when flexing and bending.For the price, they are effective, but I likely won't keep using them long-term.

Best for a few reasons, 1 large enough, 2. fits best, 3. WORKS best, far better design than two other brands bought n tried. 4. actual "working" part that blocks nerve impulses stays and does job on proper area. All around best!

I received the pair of forearm tendonitis straps today and I'm completely unimpressed with the quality control from this manufacturer As you can see in the picture, one of the straps that retains the buckle wasn't sewn down rendering the whole unit completely unusable...I'm not impressed and don't trust the other one after seeing the lack of attention to detail displayed by the first one.
