Great for large bust
I purchased these SERMICLE Bra Inserts in size D/E Beige Round. They are well made and well sewn with stitched edges that are not sewn with scratchy thread. I have difficulty finding any bra inserts that will adequately cover my DDD breasts and these are perfect. The padding is a uniform thickness all around. They are thick enough to prevent show-through, but not thick enough to add a cup size. I hand wash them along with my sports bras and they have held up well. I'm very happy with these and I'll be buying more to upgrade the rest of my sports bras.

The pads that come with bras fall apart and are not for larger bust. These come in cup size and hold in place. Easy to put in those tiny bra holes. Very sturdy. In my opinion a must have

These are not good! They have a peak and make it look like you have a large nipple! They do not flatten out.
