Difficult to use
It reached broken with one missing part, and it’s very heavy and difficult use

It made the perfect chips the day we got it. But when we received there was little issue with the mechanism which push the potato to cutter. That mechanism was stuck and we had to manually repair to make it use and in the process i got deep cut in my finger, not from blade but from the body of cutter. My advise to manufactorer please file the sharp corners and sides of steel plate used to manufacture this. The side was very sharp and while repairing it i got cut. Only two suggestion to improve product. 1. File your sharp edges and every steel sides. 2. Use a vaccum cup to hold the cutter, it keeps on moving when we rotate handle.

Potato guide is made of very thin sheet, it requires improvement. There is no thickness variation arrangement, it also requires improvement.
