Great quality product. Arrived on time in a neat package with clear instruction and a lot of useful info and tips. I ordered 1.00mm as was advised by my beautician ( who I miss tremendously) who knows my skin very well.I didn't use my roller with a serum ( try that next time) was curious how it'd work on its own first.Following by thoroughly cleansing my face and hands I gave it about 15min rolling. The process wasn't painful at all just give my face a little tingling sensation. As per instructions I avoided any moles or active spots.Could not find any flaw with this product. It takes time to familiarize yourself with every step of prep, the process and after care but it is your face you're taking care of so it has to be a strict regimen. I did make a mistake though.I used a serum afterwards that irritated my skin and for a good hour it felt like my face was on fire! Using a bit of aloe vera cooled gel gave me much needed relief. So I'd suggest using something very gentle and soothing after the treatment.Must add I did it as my bed time skin routine so I woke up to fresh ( not sore at all) visage. Throughout the day it felt a bit sensitive and thigh but nothing too major. I had been avoiding sun exposure and I use 50+ sun block with my moisturiser in the morning. I honestly can't wait for my next treatment.As per the results I can see my large pores minimising . No difference to discoloration or wrikles as of yetI'm 35yo with combination skin . Sun damaged, prome to hormonal changes so I have high hopes for the product especially when can't get treatments from a professional ( damn you Covid-19)

I wasn’t expecting the package to arrive a few days earlier than they told me, that’s why I was happy when it was delivered earlier.The product was well-protected by the package. It even has it’s secondary box which is good. It also comes with detailed instructions on what size of dermaroller to use, how to use, and how frequent to use it. It was very informative.The fact that it is FDA approved lets my nerves to rest since I can’t have just any product touch my face. As for the effect, I have noticed a difference on my acne scars just a few days after using it. I understand it would take weeks or months but I really do see some of my acne scars getting less deep.Overall rating: 10/10! Must try
