Q: Is this sturdy? Does it shake a lot if you go intense? I'm trying to replace an elliptical for an afternoon workout and can go high tension.

The bike seems very sturdy it just gets nosier the faster you go. I have not noticed it shake when going fast but fast is relative here.

Q: Where do you put your water bottle? Is there an attachment?

I just place my water bottle on a nearby table and reach over and grab it when I need it. This seems to work fine for me. Maybe you can use a plant stand that is at the same height as your hand it won't take up a lot of room and your water and or phone is right there within easy reach.

Q: Reviews of different manufacturer's bikes eventually complain about noise developing. Any issues, for those who've had this bike awhile?

Yes, now I'm experiencing that same problem. I feel stuck with the item now.
