Compatible Soft Top Roof Protector Half Cover for BMW Z3, gray

Very impressed with the quality of this cover. It is very focused on keeping the car scratch free. I bought this cover to keep the top from leaking. It works like a charm and I highly recommended it to anyone looking to do the same thing.

I needed a way to protect the top and interior on my 26 year old BMW Z-3 while it sits outside for a while (garage remodel) and this seemed to fit the bill.Shipping was faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.Even better was the quality of this cover.It comes in a small zip up carry bag that will take up virtually no trunk space (honestly could put it behind the seat on the passenger side if I had to).The material that the top is made with has a quality feel to it; its heavy and just seems durable as heck.Installation was a breeze (though the manufacturer should consider a short installation guide for those who a little more challenged).Open the trunk lid, lay the top one the roof and spread it out. The heavy beaded end goes to the back, and the mirror loops toward the front. Push the beaded part into the trunk cavity (but not overlapping the rubber seal), pull the mirror loops (velcro straps, very nice) over the mirrors and snug, tuck the front end under the windshield wipers, and straighten out the sides so that the magnetized skirt is smooth over the sides of the car. Close the trunk.Took all of 4-5 minutes to put this on!I am curious to see how it performs on a windy day. Doesn't seem to move at all with a 5-6 mph breeze, but just might in a high wind situation. I'll let you know!The important parts: It protects the (very expensive to replace) convertible top, and keeps the sun from baking those old (but still nearly perfect) leather seats and interior parts.

This top fits my 2006 Pontiac Solstice ragtop I could not find a waterproof cover anywhere. It is a little baggy but wow, I'm so glad it fits!!! Spread the word!!

The top does a great job of hanging on even in 50 mph wind gusts. The Velcro on the mirror straps is a bit out of place, so it doesn't lock well under the mirrors, but it still seems to hold well enough.

Got it to protect top from our cats who like to climb on the car. Easy to install.

Love how easy it is to put it on a nd taking it off. It is great to maintain your top clean especially if the car spends time sitting outside. A must have to keep dust and moisture from your car's top

Perfect for my Z3 that has bad weather seals. I had to pick off a few random threads/stitches but the material looks and feels very durable. It's not lightweight, it has some kick to it. It took just a couple minutes to install and came with great instructions and maintenance notes. When it's all said and done, I think I'd have to say that this is an abnormally high quality brand and product.

I haven't used it yet but it looks like good quality
