These balls are just the right size and tackiness for adding to yoga classes, barre and pilates fitness moves. We ordered about 10 and a few were different sizes by an inch or two...odd but not a big deal. It might be for someone. Great price, responsive customer service.Quality product. Plug is a bit challenging to remove ...have to be careful not to puncture the ball.(probably shouldnt be using sharp scissors lol). A tool would be a nice addition to include. They have held their air quite well though!

My ball got a hole fairly quickly. And I could never blow it up enough to get the wrinkles out.

This ball is sturdy and has excellent grip, super important for my use. Doesn't feel thin or flimsy. Easily inflates with provided hand pump, also came with a straw for pumping and an extra plug. This ball is perfect to support my back while sitting in both the office and also at home. Chairs that bothered my back no longer do by using this ball in back or to the side, wherever is most comfy. I recommend buying two! Also great for my Pilates and barre exercises. Deflate a little and you can use as cushion support behind your head during Pilates. Really easy to deflate and inflate for the different uses.

its not holding air. I had to refill it two days later and then the pump broke.

This is an outstanding ball for physical therapy. Because of the (included) pump, it's easy to get the ball inflated to the correct firmness level. It's made of a nice material and it's easy to grip. I highly recommend this item. I don't think the ones with the straw for inflation would have worked for us because I don't think we could have gotten them inflated enough.

Perfect little ball! Easy to blow up, especially so because a pump is thoughtfully provided. And easy to use. Just the right size for a number of exercises. Can also use it as a head rest for stacked hip leg lifts.
