First of all, these tablets are not very big. They are also incredibly smooth so they go down your throat very easily. Please notice the capsule - it is NOT flimsy like many others are. Why does this matter? When product comes in a flimsy capsule, they often break open in the bottle and you lose precious product. That is NOT the case here. These are always in great condition. The great thing about Spermidine is that it promotes and increases autophagy. Autophagy is absolutely necessary for a healthy body. I bought this product for it's touted "Fermented Wheat Germ Extract provides remarkable benefits for the immune system and mitochondrial function." I've had ongoing ongoing fatigue, dizziness, sore throat, post exertional malaise following a suspected viral infection for 3 years. I'm constantly looking for any supplements that could help with symptoms and/or boost my immune system. My mum used to take/eat wheat germ every morning when i was growing up. So I associate wheat germ with health :) I haven't noticed any difference taking this supplement other than I get a little nausea when I take it which I attribute to the zinc content. Is it helping? I don't know. Is it hurting? I doubt it. I will continue taking and we will see. Arrived quickly. Shipped well.

I saw this supplement on Amazon that I had known for a long time. In the 60's, my father went to a doctor who prescribed Wheat Germ. I read about the benefits and decided to try it, practically fifty years after my father. I ordered one, after a month I ordered three more. Simply fantastic, in the first week of use, taking two capsules a day, my joint pain disappeared, I started to sleep better and wake up in a better mood. I look forward to the other good effects that I haven't had time to notice yet, but the anti-inflammatory effect alone is worth the money.

The most amazing product. If I feel or get leg cramps after hiking I take 1 or 2 tablets and within 5 to 10 minutes they are gone completely.

When you first take them you may get some diarrhea but when I took them and waited 45 minutes I eat a large bowl of oatmeal and it works out just fine. As I read on other sites about taking these type of vitamins that your body is suddenly taking an uptick of fiber and that may happen. It only lasted about 2weeks so now my body is adjusted and is working great. I showed my cancer doctors and other doctors the label of these vitamins and they all said taking fiber pills is a very good thing and the dosage is good for your body since most fiber is stripped from our daily foods such as bread etc and fiber is a good way to help clean out your system and provide help with chemo and digestive track. I will keep taking these, There is no taste or after taste with these and does not cause any stomach upset (once my body adjusted). I will purchase again. After taking this few months, I started to have nose bleeding and lips cracking. My immune system was already easy to overreact before, adding this one was not a wise move on my part.
