Overall it’s a beautiful product that can ease your journey from nicotine addiction to a complete cessation. Not bad for taste. Moderate rate but worth a try. Positive aspects : 1 )Instant relief from craving 2) Easy for pockets to carry 3) can replace patches( if cigarettes nicotine is low ) or can be helpful with patches ( if cigarettes nicotine is high) Negative aspects: 1) requires particular method to chew 2) dependent on one’s willpower ( have to remind oneself to use it when cravings rule your mind ) 3) observations needed if one uses gums more frequently!

It’s too sweet and the excipients used to mask out the nicotine taste is some sort of sugar alcohol which irritate your gut. Very bad.

Good but not much

It's true that more than the product it is the will to quit. Having both nicotex and cigarette can upset the stomach and cause constipation or acidity. 2mg is higher dose for light smokers , so 1mg is better 1) Although recommended doses is on hourly basis, but that will also be high or light smokers. 2) Method that suits me involves just keeping it in at the time of craving, trying not to swallow any juice and spitting it out when the bitter taste occurs. 3) Rolling it or taking too many doses , results in acidity and gastric trouble. 4) The product is helpful but it has to be taken , the way it suits for body.

This is a much better option than the gum. It lasts for about 5 minutes and you won't feel like having another for a while. The Nicotex gum has changed its flavour and it doesn't last as long compared to the older versions and you end up using more than necessary. While it might be profitable to the company, its not for the customer. These lozenges on the other hand are better than the alternatives in the market.

I opened today and found 11 instead of 12
