These are the real deal
I have been taking these for 2 months now and can say i genuinely notice a difference in how I feel. These actually work and after about an hour of taking them I do burp a bit and can taste the mint a little but the pros outweigh the one con. I have tried a few different multivitamins and these are definitely the best i recommend them to everyone now. Health starts within you

Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18
I’ve been using the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with the results. As someone who’s always struggled to find a multivitamin that suits my lifestyle, this one has exceeded my expectations. Here’s a detailed review of my experience: Design & Packaging: First off, I love the design and packaging of Ritual Multivitamin. The bottle has a sleek, modern look, and the capsules are easy to swallow thanks to their smooth coating. I really appreciate that they are clearly labeled with the ingredients, making it easy to see exactly what I'm taking. The bottle itself is also well-sealed, ensuring freshness and keeping everything secure. The minimalist design is refreshing, and it looks great on my counter. Quality of Ingredients: The ingredients in the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ are top-tier. Ritual prides itself on transparency, and I really appreciate that. The vitamins and minerals included are all high-quality and carefully sourced. The blend contains essential nutrients like vitamin D, folate, omega-3s from algae oil, magnesium, and iron—all of which I personally need in my daily routine. I love that it's vegan, non-GMO, and free from artificial fillers, which is a big plus for me. Digestibility & Taste: One of my biggest concerns with multivitamins has always been digestive issues or aftertaste, but Ritual Multivitamin has been a pleasant surprise. The capsules don’t upset my stomach, and I haven’t experienced any unpleasant aftertaste. Plus, the minty coating is a nice touch—it leaves a fresh taste in my mouth, which is a unique and thoughtful feature compared to other vitamins I’ve tried in the past. Effectiveness: After using the Ritual Multivitamin for Women 18+ for a few months, I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. I feel more balanced and less fatigued throughout the day. My skin also seems a little clearer, which I attribute to the combination of vitamins and minerals in these capsules. I’ve always struggled with getting enough of certain nutrients from my diet, and this multivitamin helps fill the gaps. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m getting the essential nutrients I need on a daily basis. Value for Money: While Ritual’s multivitamins are slightly pricier than some other brands on the market, I believe they’re worth the investment. The quality of ingredients, the transparency about sourcing, and the overall effectiveness make it a great value for someone like me who values high-quality supplements. Plus, with a subscription option, it’s convenient to have them delivered directly to my door every month, ensuring I never run out.

Best multivitamin
The only multivitamin (and I’ve tried basically all brands out there!) that improved my bloodwork results and nutrient absorption. Easy to take and delicious mint flavor that doesn’t linger (so I can take them right before breakfast and coffee). Easy to swallow and aesthetically pleasing too, as a bonus. I have Crohn’s disease and I don’t have any side effects with this multivitamin.

Fish burps
It doesn't upset my stomach like most vitamins I've taken, the iron is a plus as well. However I do experience the fish burps for a few hours with these and makes me gag with every burp.

I love them just not off Amazon.
10/10 vitamins but they are cheaper on the website. They tastes really good and minty, but I do occasionally get a fishy burp or two afterwards.

Makes me burp - tastes like rotting fish / combo foulness of everything rancid
The effects were pretty good and I didn’t notice anything negative the first few days I took it. I’m not sure if it became different after exposure to light or if I just had a heavy meal those days that coincidentally covered it up. Either way, I can’t take these anymore and have to throw out the bottle. I gave 5 stars hoping to bump the review to the top. It’s nice for energy and focus. Not easy to digest. The smell and flavor I get from the burps it causes (normally I’m not gassy that way) - they make me almost vomit each time. I like the way the bottle looks, which is why I bought it. The pleasant look makes me want to take my vitamins. I should’ve just searched for empty digestible pink glitter capsules and purchased a vitamin powder if I wanted to go for only hype. Absolutely disgusting, not worth the price for the effects if that part doesn’t bother you. The person who said this is a creative pill said it best.

the mint means no vitamin burps, and it's usp verified
the mint capsule is a small thing that makes a real difference. there's a mint tab inside so there's no fishy or vitamin burp afterward, which is the reason i stopped taking a couple of other multis. you take it and forget about it. usp verified is the part that actually convinced me to pay more. the supplement industry is barely regulated and third party verification means what's on the label is what's in the capsule. ritual is also unusually open about where the ingredients come from. it's a focused formula rather than a kitchen sink of everything, they've picked the nutrients women commonly fall short on rather than throwing in 40 ingredients at trace doses. the capsules are a delayed release design so you can take them without food, which suits me since i don't eat much in the morning. vegan, no artificial colors. 30 day supply per bottle. it's pricey but i've stuck with it.

Excellent vitamins but with a gassy fatal flaw
These vitamins are very well formulated and have the highest score I’ve ever seen on SuppCo. They didn’t cause me any nausea or moodiness, which are persistent issues for me with multivitamins. Unfortunately, the incessant disgusting burps mentioned by other reviews are REAL. They’re so unbelievably gross. I have been taking fish oil for years, so I thought my system would tolerate these better, but nope. I am going to drop to 1 per day instead of 2 and see if I acclimate over time, but if not, I will discontinue these as a result of the horrible death burps
