Do you feel a body fry if taken too many??

I have never taken over 2 I had to build up to the 2 or I got a stomach ache

There are 30 gummies per bottle. Recommended dosage is 2 gummies per day. So one bottle will only last 15 days?......seems pretty expensive to me.

What are the actual ingredients?

All of the ingredients are on the label. They have 10 functional mushrooms and the ones I bought it for are lions mane, reishi, cordyceps, and chaga. They use real sugar which I love because the artificial stuff is bad for your gut and they use pectin instead of gelatin.
