Is this a legit Sony battery or a knockoff?

I ordered this and what I got was NOT a legit. Sony battery. It was packaged in an original Sony package, but it was obvious that the package had been opened and a fake was inserted in place of the original Sony battery. I returned it to Amazon.

Is this compatible with the AX53?
