This is my favourite probiotic. I find it excellent quality. I use this to help prevent utis, and it is effective. Highly recommend for menopausal women wanting to improve their microbiome.

These are hands down the BEST for vaginal health . I’ve suffered from recurring bv since I was a teen & im now 33 . These started working within a week. Take them every single day orally & I personally used them vag(they’re in a veggie capsule so it didn’t bother me) for the first week , then after just once a week for Matinence , then after about 2 months I just use them after s3xx or as needed if I’m feeling off. Literally I ran out for a few weeks one time & immediately caught bv again . When I tell you theee WORK . They really do ! I’m forever grateful for this probiotic !!!!! I’m subscribed !
