Pictures and information claim i was supposed to receive a chain rivet tool and water bottle cage and they weren't actually included. It took 2 extra people and a hammer to install the chain and it's still not on completely, literally is on enough by a millimeter to not come apart but would've like the promised tool to do it correctly. Also, the back piece for the chain and wheels was most likely messed up in manufacturing or something cause the bar the wheels are put and fastened to is uneven. I had noticed it when i was starting to put it together but didn't think anything of it till it came to finishing the bike and making sure everything was ok to ride. The right side was just short enough to tighten but couldn't get the nut on completely and the left side was too long to tighten completely so the tire is loose. The worst part is i can't remove the nut and the bar seems not thick enough even for the tires to be on because when i moved the peddles the right side that was tight enough the bar just turns and the tire stays in place. idk what to do i have no way to bring it to a shop for help and was hoping i could get a replacement for the part that is defective, it is the back piece that the tires go on.

My mother in law was excited about the seat with the backrest, so we ordered a bright green one... and received a white one with no backrest. But with $100 shipping each way we just kept this one. While disappointed about the backrest, she was happy that it came with a bell. Also, 2 red reflectors, a white reflector, and orange reflectors on each wheel. Water bottle cage was not included. It took 3 hours to assemble. Instructions and a little back of extra nuts was included. Chain rivet extractor was not included but we didn't need it. We assembled it inside and I was happy to see that it fit easily through the front door, even with the basket on. The basket is large enough to hold 2 full bags of groceries, or a small pet carrier.

I read that the directions didn’t help at all before buying this bike, they were right, mostly because the pictures provided did not make things any clearer, but if you have tinkered with bikes before, and can Google while you’re putting it together, you should be fine.There was a little trial and error and adjustments to be made but all and all this bike was what I expected and I recommend it for anyone who wants one. (Provides you’re not above 6’5”)

Ordered red, got green. Instructions are HORRIBLE. If it wasn’t for some mechanical knowledge this would be in pieces! Would not buy this due to difficulty and 7 hours to assemble it. Shows front basket but none came with it. FINALLY put together, hopefully our grandchild will love it…but i would look elsewhere.

It was just what my son ordered. The color is beautiful. Assembly wasn't to difficult. We did have some small issue with warped wheel covers(fenders), however, with a little bit of muscle and gentle twisting, they fit ok and didn't rub on the tires. There was some minor chips on the paint but nothing was significant enough to want to return or exchange the bike. AND, half the price of other tricycles.

Few scratches and bended parts, paint isn't the greatest, easy to Scratch more. Had bought 2 tricycles. One is different from the other. Assembly is different too. Having the seller ship me another cable housing because one is too short. All in all made in China and you can save money, but quality is not very good.

The bike is really nice but l had to mostly figure out how to assemble it by myself because the instructions were terrible… it was packed carefully in the carton l well give it credit on that but please better instructions to assemble…

Bike is nice. I ordered a dark red bike and it it even shows it in the description. I was sent a bright green bike. Contacted vendor but they did not resolve the issue. I had to sand and repaint bike due to super bright green color, we painted the bike prior to assembly
