This is a wonderful product. You literally download the compatible app and wirelessly send the design you want transferred to it and it transfers it to the transfer paper. Simple and easy! You can edit the design on your phone or computer or tablet and send it to the transfer machine and it’ll come out the way you edited it! I highly recommend it! It’s amazing I love it!!

Perfect printer

I did not like the fact I paid over $700 and the printer does not come with a battery. Really?? $700 dollars and I have to buy a separate battery pack. The printer should come with a battery pack already..

Revising this review. Upped the stars bc I finally got this printer dialed in. I highly recommend watching the setup and print videos by brother on YouTube done by real tattoo artists. Very helpful.I have a phomemo M08F printer (200 dpi) and this printer prints slightly better once it's setup correctly. It's decent for a small portable option but does not do shadows or different tones well (or at all). Plus it doesn't come with a battery (sold separately). It also is slightly more annoying to feed paper since you need to take the yellow backing off (if not perforated you need to cut/rip it). It is slightly cleaner and faster while printing. Is it worth the $600/700 vs $175 price difference? I personally don't think so (especially since it doesn't come with a battery).

The little lid you lift up broke on me and now I can’t get the stencil out without tugging it out really hard (and ruining my stencil in the process). It was nice being able to print directly from the computer but that was about all the perks. It couldn’t capture finer details and lines of my stencils that my old $200 thermal printer could.I suggest just buying an Epson Ecotank printer, inkjet stencil ink, and pacon paper. In the end getting all of that is still cheaper than getting this thing.

If you use an iPad to draw with, this printer is an amazing tool you can use for stencils and it’s wireless.
