BOJE flip-straw cap

I loved that the straw came with it but it still needs a little work. The lid doesn't fit as tightly on the bottle as I would like. I do appreciate that the top was free. I use the straw with the original green spout top.

This straw cap is great! Purchased to go with my Boje insulated bottle, as well as my Hydro Flasks. Opening the flip cap is super easy and smooth. There is no hissing sound when drinking, and it is leak free!

I had such high hopes for this product and was impressed by initial customer service. Although I purchased the redesigned cap and straw, this product just does not work if you want to drink using either cap/straw.

Works well. Good purchase. Friendly help when I needed it.

I haven't used the straw yet. But I am sure it will be great like the water bottle it came with.UPDATE:Used this water bottle during a 7 day festival. IT WAS AMAZING! It kept my ice cold for hours which allowed me to buy water from the street vendors. So I had ice cold water for hours. I highly recommend this product.

Original drinking cap (green flip mouth piece) AND new, ventilated flip-straw cap have the same problem - the diameter of the straw and the hole in the cap are so small that you need to suck intensely to get a small gulp of liquid out of the bottle. Really a pity because it's a beautiful bottle, but this issue makes is impractical for me. I don't want to 'fight for water' when in the car or in the gym. The designers should have benchmarked the average straw on the market, because they are all much bigger.The cap is designed to hold the bottle with a finger or two. Unfortunately, it has some sharp edges from the manufacturing process that feel like cutting into your skin.

Very nice to have the option to use straw, definitely like this vented version better than the one the bottle came with. Only complaint is that the carry handle is a bit sharp on the inside and is awkward to carry.. Definitely would prefer a strap that goes around the wrist or is at least somewhat flexible. Straw is pretty narrow so you do still have to pull harder than you do when drinking from a regular straw. LOVE this water bottle though.. Keeps drinks cold for HOURS!!!

Sometime when trying to suck from this lid it doesn't draw up air and not the water. But if I pump it up and down a couple times it works well.
