I bought for my daughter keeps her calm .

I’ve been using these magnesium gummies for a bit now and I’m really happy with them. The flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet, and the gummies are soft without sticking together. They’re easy to remember to take, and I appreciate having a magnesium option that doesn’t upset my stomach like some pills do. Would definitely repurchase

These are gummies I use to help my kids calm down before bed. We have some special needs and struggles with self regulation and magnesium really helps. We. Have used this brand a few times and I would say it’s not quite as good as some of the others, in performance. The gummies are also a bit sticky. They shock in your teeth.
