Defective ice packs
I had shoulder replacement surgery the end of May. Within a month, each of the ice packs developed tears and started leaking the tiny beads. The ice packs were unusable! I asked for a refund, which Amazon granted. Thank you!

Heat beads do not stay in place.
I bought this for my shoulder because it had straps and the picture shows the beads inside staying evenly distributed when in use. I was very unhappy on my first use when my shoulder and the heated beads inside ran down and made a bulge at the bottom of. It was a waste of money.

Leaked in less than a year
Bought two and one started leaking gel beads 9 months after purchase. They were used regularly, but still should break.
