I have the poster front and center of my band classroom. We refer often to it during the course of a year in band--every time a level is achieved and a new one started, you have to deliberately set your mind to do and find a way to do what is necessary to grow to the next level. Colorful and happy looking but with an important reminder for all ages.

I wish they were laminated. I am a special education teacher and I need durable items in my classroom. I will either return them or pay to have them laminated.
