Can you remove the knife and still secure the spoon and fork together? Need to use these for a kid's lunchbox

DO NOT BUY FOR KIDS. THEY DON'T LOCK IN PLACE WHEN OPENED. OK IF YOUR LEFT HANDED MAYBE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DIDN'T JUST MAKE IT LOCK LIKE A SIMPLE BLADE LOCK. AS SOON AS YOU USE SOME PRESSURE TO GET SALAD IT UNLOCKS.

Does the seller offers a "right handed" set, or only this left handed one?

Okay, so if you hold this tool in your hand with the fork on the left side, in your left hand, of course. Then use your right hand and grab it and hold it in your right hand with the fork sitting on the right hand side, you've suddenly changed it from a left handed version to a right handed version, and you're ready to rock.
