These taken regularly have made a difference in my getting up and getting down, now its very comfortable and felt lubricated, it feel like joint dryness gone. This is my second bottle. Doesn’t really work, doesn’t match the composition as mentioned, I have been taking collagen type 2 from other brands, Not a vegan as this is, comparing to that I would say this didn’t work at all, I finished the whole bottle, no relief, not worth 👎🏻
