In perimenopause era, and really focused on my health and diet. I eat porridge and fruit for breakfast and have a woman 50+ multivitamin supplement at the same time. To ensure optimal benefit of supplement needed some fat content, which breakfast didn't have, so a tablespoon of this seed was recommended to ensure vitamins and minerals are absorbed efficiently (thanks chatgpt!). I just sprinkle them on, they're not too crunchy and a little hint of taste. They're packed with nutrition too. What's not to like!

Lovely taste and a nice mix. I wanted more pumpkin seeds so bought a bag of those to supplement the amount in this mix.

Use it on my raw oat porridge a.m. amongst other items used for this important meal.

A good mix of seeds, the sunflower seeds are particularly good. Could do with more pumpkin seeds. My biggest complaint is that far too many seeds are still in their shells, resulting in unpleasant texture. I spent a stupid amount of time sifting through to remove them but gave up and put the rest of the pack on the bird table.
