BlueAnt T1 Rugged Bluetooth Headset - Bulk Packaging - Black

This bluetooth works better than most selling for much more $. I have purchased 6 of these for people in my office. Not only is the price terrific, but it works very well. Easy to use. I can hear people and they can hear me, even outside.

Blueant's T1's may be a bit on the wane as the smartphone market has jumped two levels since these became available. There are some software issues out there, even with the so-called "fixes". However, they remain a consistently solid device as far as transmitting and receiving phone calls. Voice commands aren't always as great as they should be anyway. But as long as I can hear and be heard, that's still the most important issue...and two years later...my old T1's and newer T1's still get the basic job done without a hitch.

Cannot determine if the problem lies with the IPhone or with the latest Blue Ant products but this headset loses its connection with the phone every day. Very disappointed with that as that was the reason for buying the new one.

I've tried a half dozen Bluetooth headsets over the years, and I keep coming back to this one. It is the most comfortable and best quality. And, the price is generally very reasonable! Each time I've bought one, it lasts about 1-1.5 years before it starts not working properly (usually the battery doesn't hold a charge any longer.)

There are a number of factors that could have lead to this rating, I'll list what could be the top two:- it could be that this set just doesn't work well with my phone. I also have a Motorola s305 stereo bluetooth set that works perfectly, so this is the most likely reason.- Not saying that bulk packaging is bad, because i try to order bulk packaging as much as possible, the set was not really in "new" condition. Maybe I got sold a used piece that didn't work for someone elseBasically, I'm not quite sure if I got sold a bad bluetooth set, or if this model just won't work with my phone, but either way, its unusable by me.

It's not the T1 pictured in the photo and it disconnects itself from my phone by itself. It also does not announce the name of the caller like the original T1 does. The battery life it not as long as promoted. This T1 seems to be a cheap knock off of the original. I would send it back but it's not worth going through the hassle.

I have used many different brands of Bluetooth headsets and Blue Ant is by far the best for value and quality. I purchased the bulk headset because the package it comes in doesn't make it work any better or worse than if it came in the original store package. Easy to pair to phone. Just love it!!

The Blueant T1 is an awsome headset, I have a hearing loss and it has more than enough volume to allow me to clearly listen to a caller and my I heart radio app even with road noise,also it anounces incoming callers number and says "answer or ignore" so you have a choice by voice to answer or not.I would highly recommend this blue tooth
