Delta Children Ava 3-in-1 Convertible Baby Crib, White

Wouldn’t recommend to any parent who loves their kids. This crib has started peeling paint all over my daughter after not even a year of using it. Talked to customer service and they stated it was because she was teething which caused the paint to peel. Cribs should be able to withstand babies and their natural teething process. They would only replace one of the pieces of the crib because teething isn’t covered under warranty. She’s not even teething so I’m not sure how they came to that conclusion. I’ll be replacing this crib and won’t be buying another delta children’s product ever.

This crib is beyond beautiful. I was able to assemble it all by my self, I believe it took maybe 1 hour and half total time. This crib arrived perfect, no scratches, no dents, no broken pieces. I paid the extra delivery $9.99 from amazon. The delivery men went above and beyond to deliver this item with care. They placed it right into our room. I was so happy that this crib does not smell like any chemical or anything.I'm very happy with my purchase. My daughter has not slept in it as of yet but this item is very sturdy and safe. Don't get mislead by the bad reviews simply use only tools it came with and have a little patience and it will be worth it. Will update again once my daughter uses it.

We ordered this crib for our five month olds nursery. The crib has a very strong paint smell when unboxed. We assembled the crib and it was really nice and sturdy. The only problem was the smell. We gave it a few days and kept the windows open and allowed it to air out. We even went as far as putting an air purifier, house plants and baking soda in the room. A week later it still smelled but it had tapered off. When we closed up the room while our child was sleeping (winter, no choice) the smell became strong again. I got a headache any time I spent an extended amount of time in the nursey. The final straw came when I noticed the baby breaking out in a rash. The only change in our routine was that crib. May have been a complete coincidence. Decided it was best to return it. We have never had to do something like this before. Total disappointment. If you can unbox it & air it out for weeks to a month in a garage or outdoors you should be fine. Sad this purchase did not work out.

We love this crib but it won’t drop to the floor and we didn’t realize it until it was too late to return. The legs at the bottom sit on a triangle base plate so it blocks the mattress from dropping. We were able to drop it and have it just sit on top of the base plates and gave us 4 extra inches. Just enough so my 1 yr old can’t climb out. For new parents reading this, even on the lowest setting your kid will find a way out. You have to just put the whole bottom on the floor.

Heavy, solid piece of furniture. Super cute, too. No chemical smell (which I was nervous about after reading reviews). In fact, I have such a heightened sense of smell, I can smell if someone owns a dog standing 20 feet from their front door. On top of that, I'm pregnant, so I would definitely smell the slightest chemical odor.Anyway, I highly recommend this crib to anyone & everyone! I can't wait to put my little bundle o' love straight from Heaven in it! ❤👶
