Q: For Left-handers, will they cut in reverse on the drill?

They are the best for the price after i used them for a while i order another set

This will remove more than just stain. These burrs are designed to hog out lots of wood. I don't see why it would not work with a cordless drill but I think it will destroy your cabinets.

Q: Can I use it to remove old, hard as a rock caulk? Or, can I find something smaller, kind of micro chisel?

These bits will be a good tool for the job- as long as the caulk is very hard. If not, there may be a chance for the caulk to ball-up around the bit.

Q: Can these be used for drilling holes in ceramics?

Yes! BUT make sure u use water with it to keep the bit cool… I do it all the time Good luvk
