After reading that ecdysterone had been banned for some athletes based on recent efficacy research, I took a look at the relevant study and learned that it's a naturally occurring hormone in plants and insects that seems to support muscle hypertrophy, strength increases, and better protein synthesis among athletes, with no measured side effects (per the same research as well as other studies). I decided to give it a try about two months into working out regularly after returning to the gym (approx 3-5x/week) post pandemic. Within 1-2 weeks, I did notice sudden strength increases on squat and benchpress--and also experienced less fatigue and faster recovery post-workout. I've added it to my daily supplements and can report zero side effects in my case. While I have also gained some size (approx 5-8 lbs in 6 mos), it's hard to know whether it's the supplement that's bringing it or the workout and diet alone. Also, my strength (as measured by incremental lift increases) has plateaued somewhat after fairly quick gains early in my return to gym--just what I would've expected. Given the frequency and intensity of my workouts, I have no doubt that results from actual anabolics would have led to greater increases in size and strength (though I've never tried these due to legal and health considerations). Given no side effects, I'll take ecdy's apparent help with recovery and protein synthesis. In my opinion and experience, this supplement has been worth the try and I'll continue using it.

I am 56 yrs young and exercise/eat right to stay healthy. I am also working out to see how good of shape I can get into at my age. I've done research on this product and a few others. Two days into taking it and feel more energetic and strong through my workouts. This is exactly what I have been looking for, a natural muscle repairing supplement. The price is very reasonable. I will update the results periodically. So far thumbs up! One month update: Have been taking this along with turkesterone and ashwagandha for one month now. My workouts have improved big time. Increased weight I lift at least 10 -20 lbs. Muscle gain noticeable. Feel great! Will update in a month.

As of this review, I have used Earth Elixir's Beta Ecdysterone for about two months. I started out taking the lower dose (1-2 capsules per day) and have transitioned to the higher dose (3-4 capsules per day). During my workouts, I have seen increases in stamina, muscle pumps, strength, and power output. There have been no negative side effects to speak of, and while I have not had any blood work done, I believe my testosterone levels have also increased since taking this supplement. I had been plateauing on most of my major upper body lifts lately, and this supplement has helped me overcome that problem, adding pounds to my bench press, shoulder press, barbell row, etc. This is an excellent choice for the experienced lifter who has optimized their workouts and lifestyle but still need that little extra push.

I've had a little experience with Ecdysteroid products in the past, they are certainly worth trying if you're looking for a little extra in the gym and not wanting to go the TRT/Sarms/gear or peptide route. It's not gonna turn you into the hulk that's for sure, but it will add to your strength and muscle gains a bit if you're a person who reacts well to these products. Would try again in the future for sure.

Ok so i did some deep research this supplement works best as a consistent baseline throughout the day i take 2 capsules daily but split in 7 or 8 hr windows. For best results with harder workouts you should to 3 for casual lighter 2 works. For full results it need to be taken for problly 3 -4 weeks but within the first week I did notice I was able to do more reps with less fatigue. There is a peak 2 -3 window that these pills work for max strenth output and after 30 + minutes of ingestion but like I said baseline consistent use is key these should give you solid noticeable result in strenth muscle size and lean mass too where it most counts and results should stay as long as you keep exercising. As for stomach comfort its fine for me no bad side effects etc. Keep in mind everyone is diffrent if you dont like taking supplements on empty stomach a piece of toast works to not a heavy meal

A $13.00 price increase since June!! Seriously?! You used to have a great product at a great price. Now, it's just another overpriced product that doesn't stand out. Way to go. Smfh.

I can definitely feel and see the benefits of using this product. Being over 40, I wanted something natural to help me continue to build muscle and sustain my progress. This product is doing exactly that. My strength and reps have increased, and I don't feel tired or sore when I'm finished working out. And it is very affordable. I recommend this product.
