Softest Aspen shavings ever!
I just unboxed and used my first order of this Aspen Shavings from Niteangel. I was incredibly impressed. I have three hamsters two syrians and one winter white. Each of course have their own cages. I have a black Syrian, Beckett who lives in a converted detolf. This is who I am using these shavings with first. My other two hanky’s are at my school, Baxter, another Syrian in a 48x20x20 prolee and Bodie, my winter white friend in a 40 gallon breeder. I currently use all kinds of bedding. I have tried tons of different kinds of bedding, and when it comes to paper bedding, my absolute favorite is cleaning and cozy. There’s no doubt about it. It’s just a higher-quality now as far as Aspen this is the best I have ever tried to often Aspen can be pretty rough and these little guys are very sensitive with their bodies. Actually, this Aspen, however, is a game changer. It is incredibly soft, very small shavings wand beautifully holds burrows. There’s no doubt about it because when you compress it, it really stays tight but yet it doesn’t lose that softness I cannot imagine ordering any other Aspen ever. I think going forward for all of my hamsters. I want to use this Aspen, combined with cleaning, cozy, combined with Coco core and also other specialized bedding like the white tea, bedding, and such like that bedding can be expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for in this area this and food. When it comes to hamster bedding, hamster, food, and larger cage, accessories, you really do get what you pay for.

This bedding is the only way
This is the only aspen wood I ever use for my pets! I have had, and currently take care of, a lot of rodents! I've turned my nose up at a lot of bedding! Aspen is a super absorbant material but it is often not well processed and certain sellers will sell you dangerous products for your babies! Not niteangel though! This stuff is so well made, or I guess deconstructed(?) That it is incredibly soft, and fluffy and allows your little friend to burrow and make dens in! A little goes a long way, so while it may seem expensive at first glance you'll find you dont need to buy 50 packs to fill a cage. I keep my gerbils in a 75 gallon tank and I don't even use the whole large bag for a cage cleaning, so it will fill a lot of space! It's also completely natural and not dyed with any dangerous materials!

Excellent bedding for fancy mice
It is well worth the money. The fancy mice do well with no reactions. It holds tunnels and burrows extremely well. We change out the entire bedding once a month, and we spot clean daily. We have never had a smell. It is the only bedding we will buy.

Great bedding
Love this so much!

Great sized shavings.
I used to have a different brand I used, but was unable to find it. I decided to use this brand instead. It definitely has less product, but I pay the same price, which is a little unfortunate. I will say that the size of the mini shavings is perfect for my hamsters and they love it. Once it is mixed with the same amount of paper bedding, it holds up perfectly for them to make tunnels that stay in place, but is soft enough for comfort and warmth.

Not dusty
This bedding is good. I think I am sensitive to it and it causes my nose to tingle when placing it in the aquarium. Over all the bedding is good, its not dusty like the Care Fresh paper budding and it holds tunnels well. It was purchased for gerbils

Great bedding1
My hamster really likes these aspen shavings and so do I. I think it adds really nice texture to my hamster's enclosure and it's good for digging! You also get A LOT of it. One bag lasts me a long time (I also use other types of bedding in his enclosure so that might be why)It also smells really nice too LOL, just smells like wood, nothing toxic or anything!

Soft with great tunnel potential
Its soft and clumps well. A great start to small animals' burrows. I pair it with 2 other bedding to make the ultimate soft and well-structured tunnels . I get my Gerbils soon so hoping they love it

Aspen-Einstreu Mini

Good shavings
Very very happy with these aspen shavings. Not dusty at all. Slight smell when you open the bag but I beilive this is due to the packaging.Aspen is notability more on the expensive side but I’d say these are worth the price! Holds burrows well for my hamster!

More absorbent, no smell and healthier for small pets
Niteangel aspen shavings are so much better for my mice as there is a lot less dust. I have noticed that the mice have stopped wrinkling their noses and it is much better for their respiratory systems. More expensive than the shavings at the pet shops but well worth it. It is more absorbent and does not smell, I would highly recommend it for all small pets.
