WOW, it works!!!
I have the most stubborn lashes. My lashes are short, super straight and does not hold a curl. I love this because it holds the curl and makes my lashes look longer. I still heat my lash curler and use it to basically curl my lashes (carefully) but the Etuder holds my curl for days. I love this 💕🥰

Makes a Huge Difference!
I didn't realize how much of a difference a mascara primer could make until I tried this one. It gives my lashes extra length and volume while helping my mascara go on much more smoothly. My lashes look fuller, stay lifted longer, and my mascara doesn't smudge or flake nearly as much throughout the day. It has definitely become a staple in my makeup routine, and I'll keep repurchasing it!

Works well but irritated my eyes when removing
Applies on well and lashes stay curled and separated all day. I really loved the look without having raccoon eyes midday. Unfortunately, eyes became irritated when I removed with eye makeup remover (Etude’s brand). Tried w/a diff oil based make up remover and still had irritation and I don’t normally have sensitive eyes. If you try this fixer, make sure to follow removal instructions. It can not be removed w/regular facial wash.

Good, could be better!!!
I found that this works AMAZING if you put a light layer on after putting on mascara and curling your lashes. For me putting this product on before made mascara application, WAS rougher AND unsatisfying. I know this is supposed to be a primer, but it clumped up sm more when I applied it before my mascara. Holds my lashes up for a good half day!!🫶🏻 ALSO, I’ve seen reviews on this product with people complaining that It’s hard to remove, but my recommendation is to use oil cleanser, and then a make up wipe. It’s actually SUPER easy to remove with the correct skincare products. I recommend Korean oil cleansers, especially the Anua or Mixsoon!

Holy Grail for asian eyelashes
I love clear mascaras since it’s a really easy and natural look for every day wear, but clear mascara always falls flat with my asian eyelashes (even if they’re fairly long). So when I found this, I was ecstatic. I realize it’s a primer, but I love wearing it by itself. I’ve worn it for a while, so here are my opinions. 1.) I’ve used this with my Peripera Black Cara Long Lash mascara and it makes my eyelashes looks so long and full. The only down side is that the primer can make the eyelashes look somewhat clumpy, so I would recommend layering the two lightly for a feathery look. A tip is to warm up the mascara with body heat before applying to make things smoother (I shove mine in my bra before I put on makeup haha) 2.) In regards to wearing it by itself, it can hold a curl so well and make it look like I’m not wearing mascara. However, it can make almost a flakey look after so long, so if you wear it by itself, be gentle through the day (though, it’s best you do that regardless) 3.) I genuinely am in love with this primer so much. I have long, stubbornly straight asian lashes, but light and small bottom lashes. When I apply this to both sets, it makes my shy bottom lashes stand out and compliments my top eyelashes. 4.) Like all good asian mascaras, this should be removed with an oil cleanser/balm/micellar water. I HEAVILY discourage attempting to remove the primer/mascara without it. I had a lazy week and left the primer on without washing it off and it lasted on my eyes for 3 days until it was completely gone. Study up on proper makeup removal! 5.) I agree with most comments that the tube and mascara wand is a weird application combo, but it’s not a deal breaker. The tip of the wand can get a lot of product on it, so just wipe it off the edge and you’re good to go. I can’t recommend this stuff enough. I thought I was fine with my peripera mascara (which I also love immensely) but this just unlocks a whole new realm of natural makeup. It’s SO worth your money!

Long lasting lift
Tube feels empty, barely any product. But amazing results. Lashes stay lifted all day.

So good for my stubborn eyes.
I hate wearing waterproof mascara cause I have super oily monolid eyes so they’re always smudging on my eyelids. I found out about tubing mascara (I use L‘Oreal Paris Double Extend) and it doesn’t smudge but it does not hold my lashes up at all. Even with waterproof mascara, they fall a little bit. This primer is a game changer. I put it on after I curl it and it hold up the curl all day and doesn’t fall at all. And then I use the tubing mascara which makes them even longer since it adds fibers to the lashes and it barely smudges. (It sometimes smudges a little due to water since the tubing mascara is removed with water and not oil). The downside is that it is kind of hard to remove but I don’t mind. I found that the easiest thing was to use Micellar water or warm water to remove the layer of tubing mascara and then dry it off and then use an oil cleanser or oil balm to remove the primer. Though, you can remove it with the micellar water or oil alone. The key is to just gently work it off to avoid losing lashes or irritation.

The PERFECT solution to stubborn lashes!
For my peeps with the long and luscious lashes that are stick straight and can’t hold a curl (like myself), this stuff is amazing! I was skeptical about a $7 product because literally nothing works for my stubborn lashes except a lash perm. Even then, it’s a gamble because even when I spend $100, my lashes don’t get the desired curl that I specifically ask for. I decided to try this product out. Low and behold, IT WORKS! I’m very impressed that my lashes have stayed put all day! I even added a light coat of mascara and these bad boys are still curled! For $7, I can’t complain. This’ll definitely be my go-to now instead of $100 lash perms. For those who dole out cash on perms like I once did, give this product a shot. Save yourself some cash and enjoy those bedroom eyes without the harsh chemicals! I will say, however, that basic makeup remover will not get rid of this base easily. You’ll need to use some sort of oil based remover to help gently remove this product.

Little goes a long way, holds a curl
I have stubborn straight Asian lashes, I always go for waterproof mascara, even then some wetter formulas makes my lashes fall after 4h. The tube has small amount of product but little goes a long way, for hygiene sake you don’t need that much product anyway for a few months. Apply 1 thin coat this to fix a curl, comb it out, then apply waterproof mascara, your curl will last all day. It’s cheaper to buy in Korea but at least you can find it on Amazon.
