Don’t get this refill. Just don’t. It’s not the original shampoo it’s advertised to be a refill for at all. It’s thick and creamy, like conditioner. The smell is also not the same at all, this one stinks in comparison to the actual bottled one. I was skeptical when I cut it open but still tried it anyway - It doesn’t lather at all or bubble up, even when scrubbing in your hands with water before applying to your head. It doesn’t spread throughout your hair either like the original bottled one. I triple checked the package to make sure I didn’t order conditioner by mistake, but it is in fact labeled as their shampoo. Idk what I was sent, but it’s not the product advertised and that makes me sad, I spent money on it ☹️ don’t make the same mistake I did
