Actually I spend hours on my computer in Designing. I was experiencing great pain in my arm. Then i started searching for a good arm rest for my table in Amazon. Found this product, and i must say that it gave me great relief. I have repeatedly purchased this product as its quite durable and gives me comfort while i am working. Thanks to the makers of the product.

The product is really amazing. I developed Frozen Shoulder quite 5 years ago and it was quite impossible to cope with it. On the other hand, I used to use Computer with Keyboard and Mouse for 8/9 hours each day. It was a nightmare even thinking to use Computer. Lastly, the Arm Rest brought a Oasis. The usefulness is splendid. I can calmly keep my elbow on to the Arm Rest and feels much much better using Computer for long time. Only one thing for which I give 1 star less, is that, the top thin layer, after consistent usages of 7/8 days, used to glue out. I applied thin layer of Fevicol to attach it again

Its sturdy enough to use as an armrest, foam is of average quality feels non-durable and there is some pointy plastic beneath the foam. I think it will be very irritating after a few weeks. I need to use a cloth or towel to stop it from penetrating through the foam, I am already using a towel below my arm so it will not a big issue for me.

This hand rest keeps you free from the pain. As this fits on to the table, the height of the arm(rest) would be around 1.5 cm higher than the table height. Hence I put a book under the mouse pad so that the whole arm and my wrist are on the same plane, parallel to the ground. See the attached picture. It does not occupy space, and when the armrest is not in use, it can be folded so that it does not protrude out from the table. Cushion on the top of the arm rest is comfortable.

I must warn all my fellow work from home members this is one rubbish product , overpriced , wrongly marketed and very cheep quality and to top it all no return option once you buy. infact i started getting shoulder pain once i started using it , all I can think of is to throw it now , waste of money and feel bad that i threw it ... Please DONT BUY THIS and waste your hard earned money , I wish i could have given it ZERO STARS it at all that was an option
