Best mop. Strong mop, equipment is very nice. Cleaning pads are great quality. Cleans floors effortlessly. Heats up well. Attachments work. Light weight easy to handle. Water lasts long enough to do a great sized area.

I love my steam mop so much I use it every day. This makes my floors so clean and it's very light and easy to use. I am also enjoying all the attachments to steam my mattress, chairs, couch and cabinets. This is the best steam mop I have owned.

This steam mop worked great. It cleans grout so well and my floors are always so clean after using it. But the steam quit working about a year after I bought it, the part is hard to find and I ended up just buying a new one.

Hands down my favorite purchase yet for this year. The add was a bit misleading as this model does not come with the steam glove, and other smaller accessories. None of the paperwork it comes with states that it (the steam glove and smaller accessories) does not come with this particular model. I called black and decker and they said they would send me a glove, and accessories, however after weeks of waiting, and then forgetting about the glove, then rembering again and decided that I guess it was not that important a package arrived in the mail. Remembering the glove I opened it to find a set of small accessories that originally came with the model. So now I have 4 mop pads, 4 grout scrubbers, 2 window squeegees with a small cloth to cover the squeegee to use as an upholstery cleaner, and two conception hoses, 2 small round scribing tips with copper bristles and 2 small round scrubbing tips I know one of the small round tips are used for the bbq, forgot what the other is for. I am not upset at this at all as I was going to try to purchase more tile grout cleaners because this tiny light weight machine worked miracles on my grout. They look like they did thw day we moved in almost 4 years ago. Also after steaming my hallway I noticed my house just smelled fresher. (It actually made us realize how Grose our carpet was, so we called a professional cleaning company to clean them.) The water compartment looked small but covers a lot and I mean a lot of ground! (Literally.) Yes some things did not come out with one pass however all you need to do is run the mop over a couple more times, much easier than getting on my hands and knees to scrub or scrape away. The only frustrating this for me aside from taking so long to decide to get one was that I want to get replacement accessories in the future but I am not able to find anything on their website. The owners manual (yes I do read them, I am that nerd,) gives you an 800 number specifically for accessories if you need any help but sometimes its easier to look something up online.

I received this on August 14, 2021. Fast shipping. Driver’s description says it was handed to customer. That is a flat out lie. Left on porch in rain. Funny but no photos from driver. But that’s a another matter. The ad on Amazon said the box would be damaged. So kudos for an honest description. All parts were in the box and unbroken. Directions are vague about what attachments go with what. There seems to be a lint brush attachment for the clothing steamer that’s not mentioned anywhere. Still everything seemed ok. I will see the steamer today on my ceramic tiled kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The room are not huge but do see a lot of foot traffic. Filling the body of the cleaner is kind of a pain because the power cord is attached so it gets in the way if you use the sink faucet. Not a deal breaker though. Water will come out of the filler opening with cap on if turned that way. Assembling the pad to the steamer foot takes some aim as the Velcro strips are rather thin and there are only 2. One at the top and one at the bottom. I turned on the machine to the ceramic tile setting and the machine heated quickly enough and fairly quiet. Now my other steamer has been broken for a month so my floors hadn’t gotten the steam clean for a while. At least 5 weeks. I was expecting to have to change pads at least twice just for the kitchen. Well after doing the small mud room, half bath and, kitchen the pad hardly looked used. I like to think of myself as a clean person but that just wasn’t enough dirt on the one pad. A So, I noticed that only half the pad wad leaving a wet strip on the floor while the other half was bone dry. I overlapped the mopping pattern to ensure full coverage of the floor. Removing the pad is not the safest thing unless your wearing covered toed shoes. The mop does not cool quickly, so when you step on the little tab to remove the pad from the bottom plate, you get a nice little steam bath on your toes. After looking at the pad I realized that it didn’t clean well at all. I put a new pad on the machine and proceeded to to the full bath and hallway. Still not enough dirt on the pad to justify spending 170.00. I’ve attached several photos to show what I encountered. If you look at the one where the nozzle comes out of the bottom plate, it makes sense why the whole pad does not get steam to it. There are too many channels for the steam to try and get through and it will only follow the path of least resistance. I.E. the larger channels. It also looks like the rubber nozzle transferred a lot of the black rubber color to the bottom of the pad and to the cleaning side also. The final pictures are after I washed the pads in the washing machine. They both have the black stein on them from the rubber nozzle. No , I didn’t use any cleaner in the water with the steamer. I will be sending this back and do not recommend this product. I really didn’t care about the other attachments so I didn’t test them. If it won’t clean my floors it’s useless to me.

Works great steaming my floors. I use the other attachment for deep cleaning. They all work great.

I love my steam mop. When the machine failed to work one day, I quickly looked to see if I had a warranty. Why? Because I didn't want to be without my steam mop. So many ways to steam out the dirt and grime without having to scrub. I can also use the shorter attachments to wipe out my oven once the self-cleaning phase has completed. When pet's toss their cookies in a hidden place you don't see for days? This machine steams everything loose, wipes up the mess and sanitizes. If you're a pet owner - you get it. LOL

I do love the extension with the mitt, I use it often! The only disappointment for me is that is leaves streaks on my tile floor. I use this pretty much every other day on my tile and it is definitely frustrating. I've never had another steam mop do this before.

First you need to understand that I have been using a Vaporetto steamer for my floors for 20 years. Nothing cleans like steam. The problem that I was trying to solve, is making the cleaning faster. Vaporetto is cumbersome in a sense that it take 20 min to warm up and is quite an ordeal to drag that canister all around you house and move from floor to floor. I was looking for same result but for quick and more often clean. Original intent was for my wood floors. It does a very good job due to the adjustable steam. One con is that the water reservoir makes the wand large in the middle which prevents me pushing the unit under my couch or bed 😞. I was also sceptical about the size of the container, not knowing how many times I will have to stop and refill. To my surprise I’ve done both of my floors on one reservoir! Lovely! Now, since it came with all bunch of other attachments I started experimenting. To my shock, I have discovered an even better use for this little gadget. Shower people!!!! I HATE cleaning my shower. I need a mental prep for this task and am always postponing it. Don’t judge people! Well, I have used literally every single attachment in my shower…. Yes even the metal brush ( probably wasn’t supposed to but hey. I was on a mission!) it was incredible how easy it was to clean it. Of course, as you can see in the pictures, I have neglected it big time 😳. So, it took me a while to clean it, but with this gadget it will be done regularly and it will be clean in no time. This was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. I would have bought it just for this! My only concern is the durability. The plastic doesn’t seem very sturdy. I’m not sure how durable the unit will be. TBC. That vaporetto won’t be coming out any time soon! 😁 The fact that you can easily refill and it takes no time to start pushing out the steam this is an every day cleaning device.

I thought since I was ordering from Amazon Singapore, having it sent to a Singapore address, the voltage would be for Singapore, just took a look, and found out it's for USA voltage, and now need to use a converter, extra item to try to lug around while using. I just took a look at description, and the voltage was not mention. Very very disappointed.

It would have been helpful to know the plug is for the US
