Anker 2 port lightning car charger : Really hard to beat Anker products In terms of quality and value for the money. I’ve purchased several of their products including power banks and various sizes of heavy duty charging cables for mobile devices and multi port fast chargers for cautis and home and have yet to be disappointed. One of the things I like best about this particular car charger unit is that the lightning cable is Permanently fixed in place meaning no one in the family can scamper off with it-it’s always there attached to the charger when I need it. (It has a second port where someone can plug-in anothet lightning cable or a mini USB For charging headphones and android phones etc.) I also like the blue light ( Partly because it matches the rest of my dashboard and climate control light colors as seen in photo ) But more importantly it lets you know the unit has been firmly seated in place and is supplying power - The reason this is important to me is that I like to slightly unseat it when parking the car for the night just to make sure there’s no power being drained especially while I park long-term. (m My 12v receptacles do not require the ignition key being in place and turned to the accessory position - nor to have engine running in order to provide power. So having a light that turns off and keys me know when I’ve slightly pulled it out Far enough to disengage it is helpful. Likewise the lack of blue light being lit serves as a reminder when I get back into the car that I need to fully seat the charger again in order to supply power to my mobile devices Also the blue light is just bright enough to be visible in daylight- and yet not so bright that it would be distracting while driving during night hours. This is the third one I’ve bought and I’ll have performed flawlessly and offer a nice fast charge

It's a charger. It charges things, and it charges them quickly. Charging things is one of Anker's core competencies, so you'd expect this product to do well. If you buy it, you won't be disappointed. Charging things quickly is good, but it wouldn't be worth a five-star review all on its own. For me, this charger has three qualities that make it better than "good" and move it into the realm of excellent. The first excellent quality is the build. This charger is solidly built. Like most Anker products, it is well-made. The cable is sturdy and well-connected at both ends. I anticipate this charger will last for quite some time. The second excellent quality is the value. I know that most tech reviewers would discourage you from buying a car charger with a built-in cable. If either the charger or the cable breaks, you'd have to replace the whole thing. However, the excellent value of this charger makes that objection moot. The whole thing is only slightly more expensive than a basic Lightning cable. If any part of it breaks (which seems unlikely, due to the excellent build quality), then you can replace it for a very reasonable sum. The final excellent quality is a bit subjective: Appearance. Yeah, it's just a car charger, so many folks won't care what it looks like. However, this charger is very attractive. The carbon-fiber finish complements the interior of most cars, including mine. Honestly, this charger blends in so well that it almost looks like it was installed by the manufacturer. Appearance might be a small detail, and I wouldn't sacrifice any other quality to get it. However, I don't have to sacrifice anything. This charger is well-made, inexpensive, and attractive. Three times the win! Bottom line: If you need (or want) to charge anything with a Lightning port while in your car, you should buy this car charger.

This is one of the best Anker Products I've actually reviewed! Out of the box this thing is aesthetically nice. The feel of quality with this thing is awesome. The connection where the built in apple cord is solid. I've used this thing daily since it came last week. It fits inside the console nicely, though it is a little difficult to pull out because of the port being recessed on my Chevy Malibu I like the fact that the cord is built in. I can tell this is a powerline+ series cord attached. It feels durable and thicker than a generic apple cord. The blue hue from the light is nice as well and for the plug on my car tells me when this thing is turned just right to get power. I expect years of service out of this car charger and will update it's performance on here as time passes like I do with my other reviews. I do this because doing a review one or two weeks even to 30 days past getting a new widget is not going to be enough time to give a solid review for performance. Performance is based over time, not just out of box appeal or first weeks use. Jan15, 2018- still love this charger. Works very well and I enjoy the fast charge it has to offer. Going to buy a second for the wife’s car.

Wie eigentlich alle Anker-Produkte ist auch dieses zuverlässig, gut verarbeitet, entspricht den Spezifikationen und lädt ein iPad und ein iPhone gleichzeitig mit ausreichend Strom, wie die original Netzteile. Perfekt!

I’m always dubious about purchasing anything that charges your iPhone as I’ve had my fair share of cables that trigger warnings or just fail completely but I’m pleased to say a couple of months on and still no problems with this one. It charges my phone quicker than my official Apple home charger. Good build quality, a decent length and fits comfortably in a 12v slot, there is nothing not to like about this charger, I charge my phone whilst having a dashcam powered on the usb slot

Avant tout, je tiens à préciser que j'ai copié le commentaire d'une personne parce que je le trouvais bien rédigé ;)) mais je me suis permis de modifier un détail pour lequel je ne suis pas d'accord... J'ai reçu cette semaine ce joli chargeur voiture Lightning Anker PowerDrive 2 Élite ! Au niveau du packaging, c'est comme tous les produits Anker. Une boite bien sobre : blanche et bleue. A l'ouverture de celle ci, on y trouve le chargeur ainsi qu'une petite notice. Le chargeur est vraiment de bonne facture ! Çà respire la qualité ! Il n'est pas trop volumineux et une fois inséré dans la prise 12V du véhicule, il se fait vraiment très discret. Cà oui c'est totalement vrai ! Pour ma part, dans mon Sportage, l'allume cigare se tient parfaitement à sa place ... une fois logé dans la prise, il ne bouge pas du tout et tient très bien !!! Au niveau de la puissance c'est parfait 2x12W C'est comme le chargeur de l'iPad et 2 fois plus puissant que celui de l'iPhone. La recharge est donc identique et non "super rapide" (pour ma part). Une petite lumière bleue très discrète se trouve entre le câble et la prise USB. Bref, ce câble me donne entière satisfaction et je ne peux que vous le recommander également ! Super produit ANKER une fois de plus !!!
