Inexpensive, worked great
the watch press worked great. This same press is offered by multiple sellers. Some offerings have "add-on" features such as a small bag to store parts in. The one I bought was the least expensive (at least at the time of purchase). I used it to put a snap-on back onto a Timex watch. Not much in the way of instructions but the device is pretty intuitive and I had no problems. The packing box serves as a storage box. Made of durable cardboard and it closes securely with a lid-type cover, not four pieces that would have to be taped or something.

Works well, but watch a video or two first!
I used this on three watches with snap-on backs and it worked great. There are no instructions included, so be sure to watch an online video or two to see how it is done safely. Once I got the idea, it was smooth sailing. There is quite a wide variety of dies for different watch sizes, and I was able to find one for the three different watches I was working with. It can take a fair amount of pressure, so don't be overly timid in putting your weight into. As long as the die is the right size, the watch can handle the pressure. It may or may not make an audible click, though, so be sure to check whether it's already gone in before you increase the pressure more.

Works, but no instructions
Once I figured out which parts went on the "top" and "bottom" (there were no instructions), I was able to snap on my watch back. Four stars for working as advertised. Docking one star because there were no instructions and because the handle was covered with some kind of black greasy gunk - it was filthy and gross, so I had to clean it off with degreaser before I could start. The watch back I had was very hard to snap in, but the handle did not bend or break as in other reviews.

Perfect watch clamp
I bought a different watch clamp off Amazon years ago, and it broke the crystals of several watches before I realized it was junk and replaced it with this one. This clamp is better in three key ways.First, the clamp comes with brackets/mounts that actually fit my "broadface" oversized watches. The prior clamp only came with smaller sizes that would work with ladies watches or the smaller, older-style 1950s-size Timex or Seiko watches. They were too small, so the pressure came down on the glass/crystal portion too hard and broke the crystal. Happened to about five watches before I just stopped using it.Second, a thick watch actually fits between the clamp even with adaptor pieces on both sides. There is at least an inch clearance with bracket/mounts on both sides. My previous clamp had about a quarter of an inch clearance with brackets on both sides, and thus could not fit some of my thicker watches. So I had to clamp those watches with a plastic piece on only one side, and the empty center-prong on the other. I put the crystal on the plastic-bracket side, but the other "pointy" side would sometimes dent the metal back of the watch case when clamped. This one has enough space so a thick watch fits between the clamp brackets just fine.Third, the adaptor pieces screw into place instead of just fit loosely on the center spindle piece like an LP-record on a turntable. On the prior clamp, the spindle was just an unthreaded spindle, much like on a turntable. It wouldn't hold the bracket in place, making it difficult to fit the watch in without everything falling apart, especially the top bracket. With the screw-spindle/centerpiece, the brackets fit fine, watch goes in, presto!I changed the battery and clamped several watches without a problem. Easy-Peasy.

Handle bent during first use!!!!
First of all it came in a plastic baggie stapled closed inside an Amazon box. Nothing is good about this product - No directions, the vinyl parts do not screw into the press nicely. Also, the handle bent the first time I pressed it down!!! Do not waste your money!!! I bet YaeTek won’t be responding to this review. Absolutely terrible.

"Save your wallet and fix your own watches"
I saving money with "do it yourself kit", one you can keep using. repairs are very expense and with this product i repair my watches myself. It fits all name brand watches as well as no-brand name . i am able to fix bands, remove backs, replace backs, shorten or extend bands, replace pins, etc. I repair the watches myself. All i need to buy are batteries. The kit included pins and all the tools you need to make a repair to your watch. One person can do the repairs. Try it you will never spend unnecessary money again or throw your good watches away. Pull them out of the draw and fix them with your own repair kit. Sincerely your,Dinella J.

Weakest link...
...is the soft malleable aluminum handle. The place where it breaks down is by starting to bend when one needs to fit the back case on a slim profile watch & requires a lot of pressure on the handle. It took a lot of frustrating attempts & one final Hail Mary where I almost thought I was going to crack the face, till I heard the satisfying pop. Another thing to note, is the odd shaped piece that screws on to the top would invariably get blocked by the raised edge of the watch requiring me to keep repositioning the watch. I finally discontinued using it & replaced it with the circular pieces that would fit the edge of the back of the case for a more uniform, unimpeded application of the downward force. IMO this is an acceptable product for a hobbyist especially for the low price & is not alone in it's shortcomings since there are other vendors selling essentially the same product.

super ez
if you've ever struggled for that back plate on your watch to 'click' back in after chaning the battery, you know what i mean. this tool is friggin EZ to use. it snapped that back on my watch on so quick i didn't realize it was on.find the combo matching closest to your diameter top and bottom. place back side up and press down on lever with a bit of force. not explosive or super fast force like hitting with a hammer but a steady downward press. push hard just in case but it won't take that much force as you'll see for yourself.
